Stacy Witbeck was the managing partner on this $88 million CM/GC project to construct one mile of light rail guideway, over half of which was on a complex 12-span bridge structure and retained fills. The project also included trackwork, utilities, street reconstruction, stations, landscaping, OCS foundations, and systems duct banks.
The team constructed a complex seven-diamond embedded turnout to allow light rail and existing streetcar alignments to cross and merge onto the retained fill structure that serves as the approach to the new transit bridge across the Willamette River.
