Stacy Witbeck was the managing joint venture partner on this $526 million CM/GC project to construct 45 miles of commuter rail adjacent to an active Union Pacific railroad corridor. The project includes new track grade, grade crossings, 30 bridges, 20 fill walls, seven significant box culverts, major utility relocations, four park and rides, seven platforms, one pedestrian undercrossing, and Union Pacific relocations.
The project spanned two counties and 12 cities, which required extensive coordination. The project was adjacent to the Union Pacific corridor with 40 ft. track centers.
